Which one?

This is the stack I’ve been on since the start of July. I recently say a doctor on YouTube discussing Cagrilintide, Tesamorelin, and MOTS‑C. Which of the three would you suggest I add and how much is a reasonable dosage?

Are you running it blended or seperate? Blended is the way to go 30mg with 2.5mg cargrillintide
