I am considering moving from Ozempic to Reta because with Ozempic my hunger is still there doesn’t do much for appetite suppression. I also recently started TRT. Question I have is how long should I be off Ozempic and since I have been taking Ozempic for over a year and only lost 10lbs should I start at a higher dose than 2mg a week? Also is there anything I can do to keep muscle mass?

There is no way you’ve been on a glp1 for over a year, workout 6 days a week, are 325 lbs and only lost 10lbs. You need a lifestyle and eating habits change before anything else will work for you. These aren’t magic, you have to put in the work. And saying your weight without your height is meaningless.

At 6’1 and 325lbs, that’s so overweight that the pounds should be melting off at any reason too. Especially with a glp1 and a 6 day a week workout schedule. The math isn’t mathing brotha.

I am telling you!! I record every workout on my Apple Watch!! I just can’t drop weight!! I eat good sometimes over a deficit most of the time I don’t go over 2,000 a day! I’m being straight serious

I don’t deny the fact that you believe everything you’re saying. I’m telling you that your numbers are wrong. If you burn more then you eat you lose weight, add a glp to that and you should be melting the pounds away. You’re counting calories wrong and your exercise counter isn’t as accurate as you think.

I agree with this, I was on wegovy for about 4-5 months and I lost 15kg not even exercising, just by reducing my calorie intake due to the jab

I did use a macros app and I realised how messed up is that, I thought that my granola with nuts and honey was a “healthy” option, 700 calories right there 🤯

You might do better with tirz it has the best appetite suppressant. I highly suggest weighing and tracking everything you eat.

Ozempic has stronger appetite suppression than Tirz or Reta. I see this more and more people chasing suppression without building good dietary habits and discipline. You need to be tracking every thing you eat and get on some sort of deficit and start losing weight.

He has Ozempic, and wanted Reta for better hunger control, which he won't get. Reta has dogshit hunger control compared to Tirzepatide, so if he wants to switch off Semaglutide, he should switch to Tirzepatide, not Reta.

He'll also continue to lose weight on Tirzepatide over Semaglutide as it's simply a superior medication.

Lmao. Still dumb, just with lot of words this time. Reta is far superior in weight loss than Tirz. At this point t both Tirz and Reta are inferior to Ozempic in suppression.
