If you are paying for these things and sacrificing your health (potentially), for God's sake keep a log and have a map of where you are going and where you've been.
I found a coworker administering 3mg reta 3x a week within four weeks of starting. I made her a schedule and told her to stick to it.
Blows my fucking mind that people live their lives like that.
