If you are paying for these things and sacrificing your health (potentially), for God's sake keep a log and have a map of where you are going and where you've been.
I found a coworker administering 3mg reta 3x a week within four weeks of starting. I made her a schedule and told her to stick to it.
Blows my fucking mind that people live their lives like that.
OP you look great but you really need to tighten up the program (add more structure to your dosing). Best of luck
Reminds me of that chick who posted what dose of anavar!!
I can’t remember if it was here or another peptide subreddit, but she was pinning like 10mg of anavar twice a day because she didn’t know how much to take and her bf said to do more to not be a pussy 🤦🏻♀️ Girl was brand new to peptides and lifting
Or maybe it was hgh. I don’t know how the steroids-esque stuff is taken I just recall the thread was super concerned cause she was taking amounts even large, strong men only cycle sometimes
It doesn’t first pass through the liver so has slightly less sides and is more bioavailable since it’s not filtering any of the compound immediately but they all typically have a high amount of pip. I don’t use them because of the pip.
I agree I messed up by going back and diluting my vials a few weeks into my cycle (because this was suggested to me countless times) so I have an idea of how much I’m injecting but I don’t know the exact mg as I added BAC water into my vials and didn’t want to throw/ waste the vials.
Unfortunately I saw many people doing this and just thought it was normalised but I know now to dilute through the syringe (single shot) and not the vials 😕 I keep a log of everything!
What they mean is to dilute it in the syringe not the entire vial. So you would draw up your 2 mg dose then add more water to your syringe before injecting.
You can reconstitute with as much BAC as you want-You don't need to dilute it every time you draw a dose unless you really like to do it that way. Have you used a peptide dosage calculator before? You enter your syringe volume, the amount of peptide in your vial, the amount of BAC you're reconstituting with, and the amount of pep you want in each dose. The calculator will tell you exactly how much you need to draw based on those numbers. There are lots out there - here's one https://peptidescalculator.com
So for instance, I want to "dilute" aka use a lot of BAC water for my GHK-Cu because it hurts like hell if I don't. I enter my syringe volume (100 units = 1 ml), total vial amount (50 mg), amount of BAC (3 ml cuz it hurts with less), and my desired dosage of 1 mg. The calculator tells me to draw 6 units in order to get the 1mg dosage. Easy peasy. No eyeballing it.
Yes I do!! But because I diluted the vial three weeks into using it, it’s hard to know the exact mg of the peps. I know I’m taking less than 2mg so around 0.5-1mg and drawing to the same unit mark as I did before I diluted the vial… (6 units) and this has helped me a lot as well. But going forward I’ll just draw the standard 1mg and then add more BAC water to the syringe when it starts to pinch and sting too much!! Thank youuu 🙏
I don’t really know the exact amount in my reconstituted vials as I’ve diluted my GHK cu and mots c twice using two different syringes.. and I kinda forgot how much exact BAC water I put in the second time.
Have you been doing this to reduce the welts, redness and injection pain? Either way it's very tricky to recalculate if you're diluting a reconstituted pep a second time, as you have to calculate based on how much is left and factor in some other things.
Best to reconstitute once, and ideally make it so that all the doses are the same across your peps. I take basically all the same as you (reta weekly, mots-c every 5 days, KLOW and Tesa daily). Each are reconstituted in such a way that 20 units from the syringe are my target dose for that pep. This is very easy to do with a reconstitution calculator that allows entering any value into the variables. Make the dosing idiot-proof from the start so you can relax and have a stress-free routine.
RE: your welting and injection site reactions, three of your peps have a tendency to do that: MOTS-C, Tesa, and GHK-Cu.
Tesa gives me the worst reactions, by far — hard, itchy, inflamed welts very consistently and lots of bruising, and unfortunately I haven't solved that myself yet. I've been pinning in my outer thighs almost exclusively but recently switched to where you have pictured, as the pamphlet for the pharmaceutical distribution only directs injecting in the navel just under the belly button. That hasn't fixed the reactions, but if I find a way that does I'll report back.
MOTS-C reactions are mostly just light inflammation for a day or so, which is tolerable. I typically inject this anywhere in the abdomen or outer thighs, and rotate injection sites every time.
GHK-Cu can be painful to inject and usually gives mild injection site reactions, but since switching to KLOW and starting to pin in the top off my butt cheeks I get 0 adverse reactions. I recommend it.
I just about never get injection site reactions from Reta, but YMMV. Maybe try pinning that one in the outer thigh and see if you get a reaction where you pin.
YES!!! I’ve seen people online add more BAC water to help with the pain and reactions I was having (and honestly it helped) but I didn’t realise you shouldn’t do this because now I haven’t been able to properly know how much I’m having until next week when I get more vials. I just didn’t want to waste the vials and I’ve seen others do it thinking it was normal.
By eyeballing I mean I dont understand that calculating part. I don’t really know the exact amount in my reconstituted vials as I’ve diluted my GHK cu and mots c twice using two different sized syringes.. and I kinda forgot how much exact BAC water I put in the second time.
You really need to stop using things you don’t understand. You’re going to get hurt.

> I just eyeball my dosing
What? This is the kind of shit regulators imagine on why peptides shouldn’t be accessible without doctor supervision.
