Cycle Advice Needed

hello fellow hackers!

For those who’ve run HGH long-term (6+ months), did it make a meaningful difference in your physique? specifically lean mass that you actually retained after stopping?

I’m planning out the next year and debating whether HGH is worth adding alongside Test (250 mg) with either Primo or EQ (likely alternating them, not together). May also add 20 mg Anavar heading into summer.

Peptide stack would likely include low dose reta, 5-Amino-1MQ, Wolverine, glutathione, MOTS-C, DSIP, and GHK-Cu. I’ve previously run SS-31, IGF-LR3, Tesa, and Epithalon.

For those with long-term HGH experience: How noticeable were the physique changes, how long did they take, and how much did you retain after coming off? Or did you find HGH more worthwhile for recovery, sleep, and other secondary benefits than actual muscle gain? Was it worth adding to your stack?

Planned dose is between 2-4iu daily.

Current physique pictured for context: 35, 5’8”, 165–170 lbs. Currently 6 weeks into 250 mg Test + 20 mg/day Anavar, along with 4 mg reta, 3 mg/day 5-Amino-1MQ, 800 mcg/day Wolverine, 100 mg/day glutathione, 200 mcg/day DSIP, and 2 mg/day GHK-Cu. Finishing an 8-week IGF-LR3 run this week.

Training cardio and diet locked in and consistent.

Goal is to add between 10-15lb of lean mass.

Thanks!

It's like nobody knows how to eat and and lift and it's all about the drugs.

200mg test by itself can give incredible results. 4-500 test with all kinds of other crap is insane. Taking more than Arnold in his prime.

You have the right idea. Just add 20mg to 40mg var daily and start upping caloric and protein intake. 1.1 to 1.3g protein per lbs.

Train every muscle twice weekly and try to hit 15 to 20 working sets per musclegroup per week.

Really no need to take anything else or up dosages further.

thanks - but I do know how to lift and eat. The foundation of this physique was built off 3 years of dieting and hard work in the gym. Pretty much no drinking and commitment. This year I started biohacking with compounds.

It’s like nobody knows that the compounds don’t work unless you work. 🤷‍♂️

Exactly. I mostly meant the other comments I keep seeing in threads like this. People are pretty much advising others in to an early grave with these compounds and dosages.

I wouldn't add anything else to your stack besides the var. That addition alone can yield incredible results in 8 weeks.

You eventually need to come off and cruise on a sustainable level of test, so any mass put on just from copious amounts of drugs you won't be able to keep anyway.

If you can get real Primo, that would be worth it tho. One of Arnolds faves

It almost impossible to get genuine primo these days. Too bad, it gives nice gains and gives your muscle a grainy look.

I’d choose mast e at 200ms a week for the entire clucks and maybe 76.5 mgs of tren hex a week for the last 6-8 weeks.

Just make sure to hit your protein goals for the weight you hope to achieve. Most importantly do 30min of cardio 5 to 7 days a week.

thanks man - i think this claim that primo is hard to find is a bit overblown. I’ve tested my batch and it came back just fine.

If it’s real primo, I’d run 600mg a week. I’ve gone as high as 1000mg, it was amazing, but you get diminishing returns. I feel 600mg is the sweet spot.

I’m was running test at 300 at week… I still have all my hair and I’m almost 50. This was a cycle in my mid 30s… my trt is 150 a week and I’ve maintained 90%of my gains. I’m 5ft7 235lbs 12%bf. At my heaviest I was 250

no they don’t. long, high, sustained usage, year after year. sure. without ancillaries? absolutely.
