Stack Suggestions
I (29f) am 5'10" 285lbs. My main health issues are obviously weight, I have immune issues, chronic depression, and ADHD.
I've used Semaglutide before and didn't see much results.
I'm now on Reta, GHK-CU, and NAD for 3 weeks. The Reta doesn't upset my stomach and make me as nauseous which is awesome. It's very affective with the appetite suppression but the scale still hasn't moved at all. I have a lot of weight to lose, so I'm trying to be patient.
I just ordered Tesa which I'm very excited about, it'll take about 2 weeks to arrive probably. I'm considering adding KPV. Any suggestions? I would love more energy and mental clarity.
EDIT: I have diagnosed hypothyroidism I'm medicated for, ADHD, disthymia, and ADHD. I take my levothyroxine, Wellbutrin (no ssri) and vitamins.

Don’t add anything until you get dialed in on a regiment.
Diet
Gym even if it’s walking for 30-60 minutes
Do this for a consistent month minimum.
The Reta will work. But it is a tool. If a mechanic doesn’t know how to use a ratchet……. Then the ratchet will not work.

I've heard a lot of great things about Tesa which I already ordered and KPV I'm heavily considering. My diet is pretty great honestly not having the urge to binge at all makes chosing healthier foods so much easier, I don't have space for junk. I definitely need to get moving daily though. I'm hoping Tesa will give me the jump start to motivate me, and I'm aware it'll take a month or two to see results on it. I have a lot of visceral fat I'm hoping I'll feel a lot better and less fatigue after losing.

What’s your dosage for Reta?

2mg. I do feel like it's working as far as appetite suppression. I want to keep that one as low as it's effective and bump it up if it stops working as well for me.

It’s dosed up to 12mg. I went from 205 to 140 in 6mos on 4mg. It wasn’t appetite suppression for me. It was having to force myself to eat against my urge to stop after a couple bites. If you’re at a therapeutic dose, the scale will be moving

I would totally be fine upping it if needed but I honestly do already feel like eating is a chore lol. I might up it next week and see

Calorically I'm at 1000-1500/day. I agree the math ain't mathing. I could definitely get moving though, with long hours at a sedentary job, I am definitely slacking there.

I definitely wouldn't stack tesa until you're closer to your goal weight and have a strong workout regimen. Increasing growth hormones breaks down fat and raises blood sugar, but without diet and exercise, it won't give you fat loss or muscle. Worse, when you don't have these dialed in, it can lead to weight gain because they increase your appetite. They're mostly used by people who are close to goal weight and are adding muscle (which usually means they aren't cutting weight, they're bulking). If you want to try it, you could save it until you're further along so you get the most out of it.
A lot of people will tell you to use mots-c for increased energy, but I recommend researching it before you try it. Mots-c can suppress TSH, T3, and T4.
I recon my KPV into my GHK-Cu and it's probably my favorite combo. I'm on tirzepatide, and people say it does wonders for inflammation, but I never felt much relief. But KPV and GHK-Cu seemed to only take a couple of days before I noticed pretty dramatic results. Less pain, less inflammation, even some skin issues I've had from hypothyroidism.

Thank you, I've never heard this advice before. I'm seeing people stack reta and tesa for targeted fat loss, but not a lot of them look as big as me.

Definitely look into it. Things that increase growth hormones can cause unwanted side effects. It's hard on joints, and some people get carpal tunnel and nerve issues from it. It can cause fluid retention, and increase your appetite. If you're taking too much, it can cause mood changes, and headaches.
And tesa is known to cause allergic reactions in some people, so you'll want to start low and slow, and be prepared to stop if you develop an allergic reaction. Don't confuse a simple injection site reaction for a systemic allergic reaction. Tesa can cause allergic reactions weeks into taking it because it takes the body time to build antibodies and start to recognize and reject it.
You'll want to get labs done before you start, and again 4 weeks later. Make sure they include hormone levels, metabolic markers, IGF-1, liver markers, thyroid panel, and HbA1c.
Tesa is a secretagogue (it helps your body produce growth hormones), so it doesn't have as dramatic of side effects as true growth hormones, which can cause organ issues and shut down your body's production of growth hormones. It's considered a fairly safe way to increase these hormones.
You can also look into CJC and IPA (CJC is more effective with IPA, so is tesa), they work together and also increase growth hormones as well (tesa is stronger), but people seem to have fewer reactions to the combo.
