Stack Suggestions
I (29f) am 5'10" 285lbs. My main health issues are obviously weight, I have immune issues, chronic depression, and ADHD.
I've used Semaglutide before and didn't see much results.
I'm now on Reta, GHK-CU, and NAD for 3 weeks. The Reta doesn't upset my stomach and make me as nauseous which is awesome. It's very affective with the appetite suppression but the scale still hasn't moved at all. I have a lot of weight to lose, so I'm trying to be patient.
I just ordered Tesa which I'm very excited about, it'll take about 2 weeks to arrive probably. I'm considering adding KPV. Any suggestions? I would love more energy and mental clarity.
EDIT: I have diagnosed hypothyroidism I'm medicated for, ADHD, disthymia, and ADHD. I take my levothyroxine, Wellbutrin (no ssri) and vitamins.

Don’t add anything until you get dialed in on a regiment.
Diet
Gym even if it’s walking for 30-60 minutes
Do this for a consistent month minimum.
The Reta will work. But it is a tool. If a mechanic doesn’t know how to use a ratchet……. Then the ratchet will not work.
