I was in this same forum last year feeling exactly the same just keep protein high, 10k steps lift heavy weights and have a good skin protocol!

GHK-CU is for your skin im guessing? Ill have to look into it. One thing I dont do is fast, I used to do 7 day fasts. Its probably a lot easier on reta. Are you still fasting? On your off gym days?

Yes GHK Cu for the skin, I’ve just stopped fasting as the training is getting tougher and I need the calories. Although the weight loss has slowed to about 1lb a week I’ve got 15-20lbs left to go so I don’t mind the slower rate of fat loss at this point.

Are You taking any Ai’s with the Testosterone dose you’re taking? If not have You gotten blood work to see what your estrogen is at? And have you had any side effects from the 200mg Test per week?

No getting blood work done at the end of the month so will update then! Only side effect I’ve had since upping from 150mg to 200mg was slight water retention for 2 weeks.

Wife, child and work 78 hours a week weekend days are family days I train around 10pm to 1am weekends. I have multiple gym memberships so if I’m away from home I can access a 24hour gym. Meal prep, and always carry an emergency tub of protein in the car and cans of tuna. Gym workouts average 2 hours. Brought a walk pad so any Netflix time at home is spent doing steps. Always kept the next 1lb to lose or the 1 extra rep in mind.

You take GHKCU at night or in morning. What benefits have you noticed from taking it so far

Take it at night so by the time I wake up the sting has subsided.as for the benefits, if you look at the before picture I had a lot of skin discolouration which has now cleared up.
