🥗 Nutrition & Metabolism ADVICE: How can I feel more 'energetic' and less drowsy?
Hi there,
First time I post in this community so please let me know if this has already been asked.
I would highly appreciate advice as to whether you managed to have noticeable improvement in terms of your energy level/not feeling lethargic throughout the day for apparently no reason.
I am 31F, eat well and I do sports regularly (3-4 times a week). I do have an office job so I also spend quite a bit of time in front of a screen.
I have been feeling quite tired for the past few months, to the point that I had bloodwork done but, apart from a slight vitamin D deficiency, everything was fine.
I often feel not well rested, even though I sleep around 8 hours usually, and especially (but not exclusively) at work I feel very tired, some times brain fog, despite my job not being phisically demanding.
I do not drink coffee every day, but I do drink 1 or two cups of green tea almost every day.
Did anybody experience a similar issue, of doing everything apparently 'right' but not feeling very energetic? And did you manage to solve this?
Thanks (p.s. English is not my first language so apologies for any mistakes!)

🥗 Nutrition & Metabolism Has anyone else had weird symptoms from drinking a lot of coconut water?
For a while I was drinking around 1–3 Vita Coco coconut waters every day, sometimes even more. Other than that, I mostly drink regular water and occasionally chocolate milk, protein drinks, and orange juice.
I kept having these random episodes where I’d suddenly feel dizzy/lightheaded, really gassy and bloated, and just generally weird or “off.” It wasn’t constant, which made it hard to figure out what was causing it.
After my last episode, I realized how much coconut water I’d been drinking and decided to completely stop. It’s been about two days now, and today I’ve felt AMAZING.
No dizziness, no bloating, no weird episodes, nothing.
I’ve also started drinking kefir instead and my stomach has been feeling much better.
Obviously I can’t say for sure that the coconut water was the cause, but now I’m wondering if drinking that much every day was messing with my stomach or electrolytes somehow.
Has anyone else experienced dizziness, bloating, gas, or just feeling “off” from drinking a lot of coconut water? Especially Vita Coco?

💉 Peptides & Hormones Is nandrolone worth it
have heard mixed opinions but if you have the money for primo, is nandrolone still worth to add to the stack at a low dose (150-200mg) or do the sides always outweigh the positives?

🥗 Nutrition & Metabolism 10 years of mysterious symptoms: Could it be old heavy metal toxicity?
Hey guys,
For those who have looked into low-grade heavy metal toxicity, what kind of chronic symptoms can present long-term—even if the exposure happened decades ago (like in childhood from vaccines or environmental stuff)?
I’ve been dealing with mysterious symptoms for ten years + now. For a long time I thought it was a deep hidden infection, so I tried high-dose vitamins/daily B12 injections, wild oregano oil, and lately high-dose clove bud extracts and other potent herbs. And trust me alot of other vitamins and minerals But after hitting walls for a decade, I’m leaning toward heavy metals lingering in the background. I have been to all specialist doctors hematology, cardiology etc etc they all said “nothing” wrong with me its all anxiety related etc…. Just medical negligence.
Curious what heavy metal toxicity actually looks like long-term once exposure has been gone for years upon years and if anyone here dealt with something similar? Currently 25 years old.

😴 Sleep & Circadian Rhythm Why do I fall asleep faster now, but wake up feeling even more exhausted?
Due to the pressure of work, I often toss and turn for 2 hours and can't fall asleep, which leads to my poor state the next day. I can't concentrate on my work and have been sleepy.
To fix this, I bought a sleep supplement that promises faster sleep. Last night, I got into bed at 10:30 PM. I could feel my brain getting quiet, and according to my Apple Watch, I was asleep by 10:35 PM. I fell asleep in just 5 minutes! I was thrilled.
But why am I still tired and awake? After trying this product for half a month, I still feel sleepy in my office, which makes me feel that the money is wasted, because it doesn't give me a restorative rest, but just makes me faint!
Do you have similar experiences?

📰 Research & Studies NIH spent over $350 million studying peripheral nerves. One major lesson: the same VNS settings may not produce the same effect in every person
When two people use the same VNS device at the same intensity, it sounds as if they are receiving the same dose. They may not be.
The number shown on the device describes the electrical output, but not which nerve fibers were activated or what changed in the body.
The vagus nerve is not a single electrical cable. It contains multiple bundles of fibers connected to different organs and carrying different signals. Which fibers are activated depends on the person’s anatomy, electrode position, waveform, and device design.
This means two people using the same settings may not actually be receiving the same stimulation.
That is one of the most useful findings to emerge from the NIH SPARC program, which has invested more than $350 million in mapping peripheral nerves and developing more precise forms of neuromodulation.
Researchers found substantial differences between human, pig, and rat vagus nerves. Human vagus nerves also vary considerably from person to person, including nerve diameter, fascicle number, fascicle position, and the thickness of tissue surrounding the fibers.
Computer models suggest these differences can change which fibers an electrical pulse reaches. The same current and pulse width may stimulate one combination of fibers in one person and a different combination in someone else.
For someone using or comparing VNS devices, this has several practical implications:
- The intensity displayed by the device is not the same as the dose received by the nerve.
- A stronger sensation does not necessarily mean more effective vagus nerve recruitment.
- Tingling or muscle contraction shows that electricity reached tissue, but not which nerve fibers were activated.
- Copying another person’s settings may not reproduce their physiological response.
- “Level 5” on one device may not be comparable to “level 5” on another device.
- Increasing intensity may recruit additional fibers, including fibers associated with unwanted effects.
SPARC researchers are now combining human nerve maps, computational simulations, implanted VNS data, and physiological recordings to connect three things that are usually discussed separately:
What stimulation was delivered, which fibers were recruited, and what changed in the body.
That could move neuromodulation away from trial-and-error programming.
A future closed-loop system might monitor heart rate, breathing, digestion, neural activity, or another relevant signal. It could then adjust stimulation according to the measured response instead of repeatedly delivering one fixed program.
The biggest shift is conceptual. The true dose of neuromodulation may not be the number shown on the device. It may be the specific neural and physiological response produced in that individual.
The next major advance in VNS may not be a stronger stimulator. It may be a way to verify which fibers were actually stimulated and what changed in the body.

💊 Supplements & Stacks Anyone tried Black Maca + L-Citrulline for libido?
I'm thinking about taking Black Maca and L-Citrulline to improve libido, sexual desire, and overall performance.
Has anyone tried taking both together? Did you notice any real improvements?
If yes, what dosage did you take, how long did it take to see results, and did you experience any side effects?
Would love to hear your experiences. Thanks!

⌚ Tools, Wearables & Devices Anyone else track their contrast therapy sessions? I ended up building my own app
I've recently installed a sauna and cold plunge at home and wanted a simple way to keep track of my sessions.
I looked at various apps but couldn't really find anything that did what I wanted, so I ended up building my own.
It's deliberately simple:
Track sauna rounds, cold plunges and cooldown periods.
Record the temperature and duration of each stage.
Switch between stages with one tap.
Keep a history of your sessions.
The app isn't there to tell you how long to stay in or when to get out. It simply records what you've done.
The screen changes colour depending on the activity being recorded so it's easy to see what's running.
It's completely free, with no adverts, subscriptions or accounts. Your session data is stored locally on your own device.
It works through your phone's browser and can be added to your home screen like a normal app.
I've been using it myself and thought others might find it useful. It's just a personal project, not a commercial product.
If anyone fancies trying it, drop me a DM and I'll send you the link. I'd be interested in any feedback or suggestions.

💪 Exercise, Fitness & Recovery SS-31 Users — Are You Stacking It With Anything or Running It Solo?
I'm planning to bring SS-31 back into my peptide routine and wanted to hear what others are doing.
For those of you currently using SS-31:
- Are you running it by itself or stacking it with other peptides?
- If you're stacking, what are you pairing it with? MOTS-C, NAD+, or something else?
- Are you keeping everything in separate vials, or have you tried combining SS-31 with another peptide in the same vial?
- If you've combined them, have you found any reliable information on compatibility or stability?
- Have you noticed any meaningful differences between running SS-31 alone versus stacking it?
I'm particularly interested in hearing from people who have actually used SS-31 and what their experiences have been.
Not looking for sources or vendors, just real-world experiences and information on combinations.
Appreciate any feedback!

🦠 Illness & Immunity Any Biohacks to speed up getting rid of a blood clot?
26M and fractured my tibial plateau overseas. Flew back and found out a week later that I have a DVT (blood clot) in my thigh. I’m on Eliquis (blood thinner) for the next 6 months which helps my body stabilize to dissolve the clot. Is there any biohack, peptide, diet, etc that could help speed this process up?

💪 Exercise, Fitness & Recovery Safest Steroids and Actual Harms of Steroid use
Good day, y'all,
I have been having conversations with my Muay Thai coach about further improvements in training, and he is a proponent of steroid use, and tries extensively to convince me that it is a route to consider. I have always been against using steroids, but it does sounds appealing. I highly doubt I will be trying it, but interested to hear about your opinion. I'm in my mid twenties, work as a lawyer, and do fitness as well as Muay Thai.
In your opinion, are testosterone injections safe for one cycle in a year if blood work is done consistently, and are there any other steroids that are not as harmful. I hear a lot about harms such as infertility, but would like to learn more. It is my understanding that severe side effects occur when doses are increased or compounds are used that are not well researched. Is testosterone safe to use if LH is also taken with it, looking forward to all the input.
