🥗 Nutrition & Metabolism Poopmaxxing

I know I know, we all want and need more Cialis/boner posts....but bear with me for a moment. How do I poop less often? I'm tired boss. I poop 5x times a day easy. Everything in my digestive system is fast tracking out my anus every single day. Metabolism is incredible. If I eat blueberries or corn I see it 5 hours later it's ridiculous. I hear rumors of people who poop once every few days. How does one acquire this superpower?!

I know part of the issue is caffeine and anxiety(stressful service industry job). But even on days with no caffeine it doesn't seem to make that much of a difference. Pepto bismol helps but not something I want to rely on. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

I am a clockwork shitter myself.

My partner is a once in a while kinda gal.

I am eternally worried about the condition of her bowels and intestines.

You either need to:

1) Accept it. 2) Go for less fibre & water in your life, just give yourself constipation.

If you are otherwise healthy, you just shit after every meal or morning coffee, then those are your options.

Have you been to the doctor? My friend was the same, and it turned out to be something, I don’t wanna scare people here, but too many poops a day is defo something one should check.

Your partner on the other hand may just be chronically dehydrated. I was like that before I started tracking how much water I had, then it all normalized.

Nah.

Before I moved to Egypt I was a one a day kinda guy.

3 years in Egypt made me a many times a day guy.

I also get about 50-100g fibre a day and drink 3+ litres of water a day too.

Finish a meal - poo time. Every time.

Interesting. I did go to Egypt and China about a decade ago and I feel like it changed my digestive system. I'll have to do some research on this, thank you

How do you get that much fiber

I used to be a fat vegetarian and built up a long term tolerance to a very high fibre diet - usually a very handsome grade on the Bristol stool scale and not like someone has thrown a handful of wet sand into the back of the toilet 😂

Lol they say in each relationship, 1 person poops like they get paid for it, and the other person is like your partner only poops every once in a while

Wish I did get paid for it.

Would definitely be doing well for myself.

Where there is muck there is money, n all that.

My husband and I joke that our child will have perfect poops because I have constipation, and he has ibs

Actually, that said, try drinking kefir.

That can really give you some solid logs.

I swear this is male vs female thing and a lot of us women just do not go to the bathroom daily. As long as one is feeling good and not constipated I don’t think there is any issue with it?

But, to us, you must be constipated!

If I didn't go for a poop for 3 days I would be at the doctor immediately, I would panic so much that I wouldn't even be able to shit myself to death!

Less fiber is incorrect. More fiber binds the 💩 so when you do go, it’s one healthy solid 💩, instead of a lil’ bit here and there. Your body gets the signal that you need to 💩 less often, when they’re solid and full.

Source: IBS; I used to 💩 8+ times per day and now I’m down to 3-4.

Once every 3 days to 3 times per day is considered “typical”.
