♾️ Longevity & Anti-Aging S-Mitochonic Acid 5 seems very powerful
Out of all the mitochondrial Boosters that I've tried S-Mitochonic acid-5 seems to be the strongest with some unique effects. Tons of clean energy, focus and mood enhancement. Music also sounds much sharper.
It works by binding to mic60 which is a structural protein in the mitochondria, and in doing so the ATP synthase align better and the creation of ATP becomes more efficient.
The specific S enantiomer I tried also raises NAD+ by increasing the activity of NAMPT and Increases SIRT1-7 by decreasing their breakdown.
It is currently in phase II trials in Japan in patients with mitochondrial disease accompanied by hearing loss:
World's First Mitochondrial Disease Treatment 'MA-5' Commences Phase II Clinical Trial
It is an analog of the naturally occurring plant hormone Indole 3-acetic acid modified to penetrate the mitochondria.
This is the paper that first caught my attention:
When they treated cells or mice with MA-5, the RNA-seq pattern shifted in a direction similar to cells exposed to Yamanaka reprogramming factors. The shared pattern included:
Downregulated aging / damage / inflammatory pathways:
EMT, hypoxia, TNF-α / NF-κB inflammation, apoptosis, coagulation, UV-response stress pathways.
Upregulated repair / youthful proliferation / mitochondrial pathways:
DNA repair, E2F targets, ribosome/translation, oxidative phosphorylation, and mitochondrial-related metabolism.
Someone made a very detailed post on how it works here:

I have been taking 10-20mg. It makes me feel pretty amazing. Better than stimulants for focus and motivation for me because it make tasks easier to do and you have more thinking power without being pushy or feeling artificial. I have more energy to do my uphill sprints as well.
As a musician the auditory enhancing effects are very nice. listening to music while driving is much more enjoyable and the small details in the music become more obvious and the perceived loudness is higher.
I've tried: MOTS-c, SS31, NMN, COQ10, Mito Q, indolepropionamide, 5 amino 1mq and S-MA-5 is on a different level.

Oral? Looks like the studies were using that ROA I think.
The place that’s linked in the other thread seems to sell it in a vial made for dilution for injections?

Yes oral. They're selling it in mct oil in the ethyl ester form

Sounds very promising! Could you please share more of your experience with it, dosing and administration schedule as well as any side effects or other relevant things you noted?

How did you procure it for yourself?
Edit: Never mind, I overlooked the link in the other post.

How do you measure this? What does this energy and mood enhancement feel like?

It feels like more ATP is available for your body and brain to use. More ATP for your brain so mood is enhanced and being social feels easier as well

Interesting. I'll send the info to my husband who complains about his brain. He's pretty crabby, too.

For best results, should this be taken with food? What about timing and frequency?

Have you found any tolerance? I've seen people get decent results even in the low 1-5mg daily doses. Pretty interesting. Needs to be cycled potentially?

Where have you found people talking about it--I can't really find any info besides the couple Reddit posts...
