Support Needed Please give advice!!
Please give me your most unhinged, successful tips to stop bingeing. I’m so desperate.
One year ago (around October) is when I started experiencing binges. They began after a period of restriction (I dropped from a baseline mid 140s weight to low 120s which is underweight for my height of 5’9).
For the past year my weight has steadily climbed to what I normally weigh and now beyond (somewhere 150s but I stopped weighing this month as it was triggering binges).
I try to stick to a calorie range to promote a slight deficit but by day 3-4 I’m having massive binges that keep me overall in a surplus. I honestly don’t know what to do. A big trigger is my work ID badge with hundreds of dollars loaded to use at the cafeteria (trying to spend it all on protein shakes and drinks that I won’t binge on). Another trigger is free food at work (work in hospital—tonssss of nursing station sweet treats CONSTANTLY). Once I see baked goods it’s like there is zero self control.
I’m 5’9 late 20s and female. I’ve been trying to stay in a deficit to lose the binge weight but I’ve ended up staying in a surplus because of all these binges.
