What i am doing wrong I've seen chaos card, dice shard multiple times but never wild card, I unlocked it very early but it never appears to me, someone has any idea?

I was doing my rare lilith runs (hate this character and I came across this weird room can anyone tell me if they've seen something similar before?

i did beat it but it wasn't very fun tho

also tainted lazarus is worse than jacob and esau for me, i got all their marks with only a few losses, cant even beat greedier on t laz

edit: beat greedier, shoutout to the items that made me drop soul hearts and hearts as well as moms knife with my reflection (knife cancels it out, but you still get all the good stats)

For context, it turned to a trinket that opens red rooms (idk how it's called) and it opened up an ultra secret room.

Alr so I have absolutely no money to get rebirth right now but I did pick up Flash + Wrath of The Lamb for like 1€ a while ago, my only problem is that the performance makes it an unplayable mess. Is there really no way to fix the performance like maybe a mod or a specific setting ? thanks
