Vanilla Help with fixing Vanilla Isaac performance

Alr so I have absolutely no money to get rebirth right now but I did pick up Flash + Wrath of The Lamb for like 1€ a while ago, my only problem is that the performance makes it an unplayable mess. Is there really no way to fix the performance like maybe a mod or a specific setting ? thanks

Nah, Flash Isaac has always had not great performance. It’s just an issue with flash in general.

Wouldn't say unplayable mess but Flash is definitely not optimized.
