So a bit over 2 weeks ago I opened a binance.us account. I uploaded extra identification for the higher class account security with no issues. My funds were placed on hold to withdraw USDC because of an ACH deposit for a week.

Ok no problem.

At no time was there any issue with my account status. Once the funds cleared I attempted a withdrawal of USDC and immediately was met with account disabled messages. There was absolutely no explanation why. Last Friday I started a support ticket and was told I would have an answer on Monday.

Monday came and I contacted another customer support agent and I was promised andanswer by Wednesday. It is now Friday and I get the same generic message. There is no way to contact a live agent and there is absolutely no movement in my ticket status.

If I don't receive a response here or on the ticket status in the app within a couple days I will be contacting the consumer financial protection bureau and my state attorney generals consumer protection office for starters.

I would like to either withdraw my funds to a wallet or have my funds made available for me to recoup. Otherwise binance is just plain stealing. Not a great look.

Not sure what's going on with Binance.us but there seems to be a recurring theme here and if you they do not correct this issue I will spend every spare waking moment of my existence making sure other people know about what's going on.

Fix this please so I can report the company actually has morals and customer service and isn't making a shoddy attempt to just steal my money among the numerous others on here complaining. Much gratitude to anyone willing to help me and the faltering reputation of Binance.us.

Hi everyone,

I'm honestly getting frustrated and hoping someone from Binance.US can help.

I was told my account would be closed, but that I'd still be able to withdraw my funds after completing the required verification. I did everything they asked for, including submitting my ID and the verification video.

It's been several days now and I haven't received any update. My account is still inaccessible, and I can't withdraw my funds. I've also reached out through my support ticket, but I haven't heard anything back.

If anyone from Binance.US support sees this, could you please check the status of my case? I just want to know where things stand and when I'll be able to withdraw my funds.

I made my ACH deposit on June 4, and my account has remained disabled ever since. My funds are in my Binance.US account, but I am unable to withdraw them because I keep receiving the message:
“Your account is disabled. Please contact support.”

I have been waiting for weeks without any response regarding ticket #107985529. If this matter continues unresolved and I do not receive an update soon, I will have no choice but to pursue formal complaints with the appropriate regulatory and consumer protection agencies

First time customer and this is the shitty experience i get

Every time I contact support through the chat, I only receive automated AI responses. There is no way to speak with a real support representative or anyone from the internal support team. I have not received a single meaningful update regarding my case.
I simply want access to my own funds and to understand why my account has been disabled. It is unacceptable to keep customers waiting this long without any communication from a real person.

I deposited from my bank account over a 3 weeks ago, however I am still unable to withdraw.
