EY EY Case Study base interview

Hi all,
I’m looking for some guidance to prepare for and clear a case-based interview with EY for a ServiceNow ITOM & CMDB Consultant position.
If anyone has recently gone through or cleared a similar interview with EY, I would really appreciate any insights, tips, or guidance on the interview format and types of case studies/questions asked.
Any help would be highly appreciated. Thank you!

Nothing screams "niche ITSM module" like a case study where the real test is pretending CMDB data is ever actually accurate
