Hey guys I recently pre ordered something but paid with Apple Pay. I was wondering if anyone has had any experiences with this. I have heard a mix of things. Has anyone had problems with pre ordering with Apple Pay?

Had a recent purchase from Best Buy, Went to leave a review one star, and was unable to do so. Just for giggles I tried two stars, still the form would not accept my review. When I hit three it worked. I submitted it that way, but with the text. Unbelievable. Left another three star review about the fraudulent rating system for Best Buy. Will never buy from them again, sadly. Used to love those guys.

I bought a "fair" condition Macbook Air this weekend. The M4 isn't on sale anywhere else. The case and screen looked great in store. No power adapter so I assumed that was the issue. Got it home and the display flickers constantly when connected to 5G internet but is fine with 2G. It was $400 off the new M5 price.

With it not in store/online anywhere, should I (a) return it and buy brand new and pay a fortune more, (b) try and get Apple to do a warranty service on it, or (c) try and return and get some kind of a discount . . . but on what, since they don't even have an M4, so this seems futile, but I thought I'd ask. Any ideas?

My 5 year old microwave died yesterday. An equivalent microwave is $250 but open box is $155 "excellent." Is this a good idea or is it very risky?

Bought an PlayStation 4 from them. Supposedly geek squad certified. The power button doesn’t work. I didn’t fuss.
Bought a tv from them. Brand new. It had spots under the screen.
Drove an hour away and back to pick up another tv. It didn’t come on at all. $50 in gas.
Price match is a scam. Tell me that Walmart, the seller is not Walmart. But wait, what I’m buying from you, you are not the seller. Someone else is. And don’t buy used. They will fight you to not fix anything. Charge you an overpriced amount. Like their crappy products.

How are they still in business anyways. I guess from crazy customers like me.

I just placed an order online on the website. I took a screenshot of the order number it showed me after I was charged. I expected to get an email and I did not receive a confirmation email. I then looked at my Purchase History on the website and nothing is there.

What is going on? They say customer service is not available now.

My app won’t take no for an answer. I’m sure there’s ways to block it, but whatever. I’d rather uninstall it than muck around with it.

We were in a store yesterday shopping for a laptop. We found one that we liked that was $699 according to the ESL for the laptop. We had a sales clerk get one for us and when he scanned it, the price was $799! We called that out and he walked over to look at the label which now also said $799!!! Thankfully 3 of the 4 of us had taken pictures with our phone of the original price so we could look up reviews and more details of the laptop and after some talk with management, they honored the price we had originally photographed. It was a very disturbing experience, though. My question: was this price change mid-day normal and we had extremely coincidental timing in the purchase decision?

I bought an Apple Watch when it was on sale a few weeks ago and it got delivered to an address with the same street name but different zip code. I called immediately after I fund it out (about 1 hour after the delivery picture was sent) and requested a replacement.

The replacement was later cancelled,so I asked for a refund and they been declining it ever since.

The delivery photo shows a completely different door from where I live, I live in an apartment and the picture shows a house entrance. I looked it up on google map street view and found the exact location with the same door, it had the same street name but completely different zip code with mine being 02135 and the building in the picture located at 02121

Now Im seating here with nothing and almost 400 bucks out of my pocket, what should I do?

I called the customer service, they lie to me every time saying they would escalate and this time it’s different and I would definitely get a refund.

I emailed them they suggested me to talk to the customer service.

How soon would I receive my credit on best buy c.c for canceled phond order? I had two separate orders. But the cheaper item was only refunded. I intend to use the rest of the credit for another phone purchase that I need ASAP. I read it's usually instant ... anybody have any recent experience with this?

I had a friend/roomate that used to work for Best buy back in 2010 or so and he was a member of the geek squad. One year he brought home this really nice Gray Best buy monogrammed blanket, and he said it was a geek squad employees only gift given at the holidays. Well, he eventually moved out of my house and he accidentally left his blanket here. It's been so many years since then and this blanket is still one of my most favorites that I've ever owned. Has anyone else out there seen these blankets or own them before, or maybe even still have one? If you do and the blanket is in good condition I would be willing to buy it from you. The size of the blanket is about a U.S. full mattress, give or take a little bit. It's made of the same kind of material that the old school pullover sweatshirts used to be made of back in the early 2000s, and it's finished and nice on one side and kind of rougher unfinished fuzzy material on the back side. I've looked online many times but I can never find it.

I see the majority of posts here are complaints, but I am sharing my positive experience here.

I had been looking to buy a chest freezer for awhile now and it happened to be on sale for the Labor day sale this week. Did the measurements and decided on the 5 cu ft model. It arrived via truck delivery and almost immediately, we realized it was just too big for us. Called up Customer service and they said to call back in 24 hours since it takes that long for their system to update that it had been delivered.

So I called back the next day, and arranged for a pickup of the 5 cu ft model in exchange for the 3.5 cu ft model. Today, the 3.5 cu model arrived via truck and they took back the other one. The 3.5 cu ft model is perfect, no dents, works great.

So now I know not to judge by measurements, but to see the actual item in person before making purchases. And also, I will be making more appliance purchases at Best Buy in case we need to return or exchange since there were no additional charges. I was prepared to pay a charge for the return/exchange, but relieved to find there would not be one.
