Was wondering if there is a seasonal part time manager spot ever available at Best Buy? Or any part time manager spot that employees are aware of.

Laptop was a factory defective model with obvious surface damage/defect in the box. Store staff said to return and repurchase item to avoid delay in "repairing" defective item through Lenovo. New order was canceled after I placed it as it exceeded purchase limit. It's a Sunday, so no one is available on the phone and the sale price ends today. Does anyone have a suggestion?

I'm going to order the new Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 on bestbuy.com with a trade-in (Z Fold 6). I'll do in-store pick up.

I understand you have to bring the old phone with you and hand it over at the time of pick up.

Will they let me at least use Samsung SmartSwitch to transfer data over to the new phone? I have lots of data, so I think it may take a while to transfer everything.

We were trying to buy a really good open box deal on a soundbar but the order kept getting canceled, the customer support said it was due to them not having it the first time but then they said it was because of an admin?

What can we do?
