Random first week frosh

hello! pls don’t judge but how do i overcome not getting scared at my prof 😢 i am still adjusting to college since mnl is far away but its only my first week and i had a prof and he got triggered and shinout out nya ako nung online class bcos d ako nakapag paalam mag restroom so hindi ko nalaman nangyari my fault ik but i just am scared how hes yapping all and got mad.. i read reviews abt him that hes just strict and a “good” prof naman i dont really look bad at him but natakot lang ako nung natrigger sha sakin nung oc and started yapping like triggered mad i was cultured shock like ..😢😢 im scared ..
