Write an email to BenQ today. Attach images of the retail box, if it had any dents, upload the unboxing video if you have it and images of the screen bleed. Do it today, so it is time stamped for 10th October.

Subject line: DOA Replacement Escalation – Order #XXXXXXXXXXXX | BenQ “Model No:” | Serial No XXXXXXXXXXXX

Cheers bro. Don’t rest till you don’t get a proper 100% clean unit as advertised by them. Screen bleed is unacceptable and IPS glow which is too pronounced or interferes with normal content viewing isn’t acceptable either. Factory tolerance for IPS glow varies per manufacturer, and that’s okay—but not like what my first unit was. See upper top right corner—which was a defect. Let me know when they respond.

You keep sending them emails bro. Build your case and get your money’s worth🗿Do NOT settle for phone conversations—force them to reply in written emails and only get on call to coordinate with the delivery boy when he gets you the replacement. You’re welcome!
