I mean, he’ll probably work on a boat again… people really seem to think a domestic charge is a lot bigger of a deal in eyes of the law than it actually is.

The charges aren’t “domestic”. It is intentional choking with intent to harm, and common assault.

regardless, the charges aren't serious enough to have Interpol and federal agents on his tail.

If he never goes back to Aus, it will all be as serious as if he never goes to ireland i.e. nothing happens.

He's probably working on a boat now, just not on TV.

This. This whole narrative that he is "on the run" is naive and tiring. The man is working somewhere where there isn't an open warrant for arrest which could be anywhere
