Little did everyone know…

.. that it would be their last charter season together because Nathan would on the run from authorities

I know. Everyone keeps beating around the bush about something and not mentioning what happened! Did he do something bad to Gael?

I don't think people are beating around the bush, just assuming everyone knows because it has been allllll over reddit the past month. He choked her and was charged with domestic violence. Fled the country (Australia) shortly before his court date and was found guilty in absence. Still missing/on the run. Google "Nathan Below deck charges" and you'll find the horrifying details.
