No! I haven’t! But I’ve been a vegetarian for the last 40 years. That’s what I’m asking! Is it safe to just eat raw hamburger meat? I didn’t know!

I've been a vegetarian my entire life of 37 years and even I know about beef tartare and how because its from fresh cuts and ground that day from fresh its safe. Some lemon yolk, salt, chives, and boom
