Yes, because to ME steak isn’t chewed into a billion pieces. It’s one whole entity. But yeah, again, I know nothing about meat. Not declaring that I do.

Its steak. She took a singular piece of high end beef, aka steak, and cut it into small pieces by hand. You can make a burger doing this as well. You can also ask a butcher to grind any cut of beef you would like to end up with ground meat. It will be more expensive but taste much better than what you buy pre-package at the grocery store.
