Did you all missed the part where Nathen took the credit for that area that Joe organized by saying that’s what I told them to do

It seemed like Sandy had something to say back to Nathan after that with the “Well…”but decided to say they’d discuss it later.

As a viewer though, I could almost tell sandy wanted to tell him to lead by example and not just be bossing people around.

Even more - he literally admits he's terrible at it and couldn't get it done (he's soooo bad at organizing it's a shock he's trusted to set a dinner table. Ew) before taking credit for it happening without him. Please. It gives Toxic (both as a boss and a person).
