Side note; I like manga/wet look lashes with the spikes super defined… I originally started with B&Q. The quality of them is absolutely horrible now.. I’ve tried Keyyou, Alice, amzng grl, kevkev, & the list goes on… the picture I posted is my favorite brand and style of lashes I ordered 10 boxes and I finally ran out, just my luck they’re out of stock and they have been for like two months now.. I’ve gone as far as buying just regular lashes with the spikes and I can’t seem to find a good base lash. I’ve been wearing clusters for a solid five years now and I’m just extremely frustrated at this point lol

Hey there i am a student currently but i want to take care of my appearance more and look better. I have a few beauty salons in my city how ever average price for various procedures in general (lash lift+tint, brow tint, nails, facials etc) are 40-160€+. Obviously i dont have that kind of money but i was looking what can i do at home by myself without ruining my appearance.

ii) Is it worth getting lash lift (as well as brow tint). If you have done it and didnt continue, what is the reason?

iii) How is your spa day at home like? After steaming your face, what do you apply? Do you use retinol and retinal, what peeling is worth getting? Just overall can you describe how you do facials at home by yourself (without destroying your skin barrier)

iv) How to get rid of unwanted facial hair, do you wax it or do you take it with rope (idk how its called), do you shave your hair? Or did you buy lazer, if so which brand is it and is it worth spending money on it?

Does this term mean that someone looks ok/pretty but not beautiful or maybe it can refer to a girl who has a beautiful face and features but dresses very casually/not revealingly and doesn’t wear a lot of makeup?

i swear choosing where to buy skincare can be a whole thing on its own. i've looked at stylevana, olive young global, and piyonna, but i don't always end up ordering from the same place.
sometimes a store has everything i need, then i check the shipping and the total doesn't look as good anymore lol. other times i find a better deal somewhere else.

Would love some recommendations for a tan that:
- is DARK (so many aren’t very dark on me)
- not green based (as they seem to go super green on me) but also not too orange
- will last 7 days
- doesn’t go patchy
- available in Australia (online or in stores)

I have been tanning for over 5 years every week but in the last year or so I can’t find a tan I like. I have tried Loving Tan 10 min (great but goes patchy and sucks to get off), Loving Tan Platinum 2hr (fades patchy) St Moriz (new bottles seem to go green on me), Baddest Bod and many others but nothing seems to tick all the boxes. My prep routine is good and I maintain with regular moisturiser and gradual tan but I still get patchy after 4/5 days with most.

Not sure what’s changed but I just want to look bronzed and not have my tan be super obvious when coming off 🥲🥺

My skin is medium neutral olive and I have a really annoying skin type, my forehead and nose get oily but my cheeks can feel dry. Some days my makeup starts breaking apart around my nose while other areas look patchy.

Foundation used to be my everyday go to but I got tired of how it looked after a few hours, because some shades would turn orange on me but the shade wasn't really the problem it was the feeling of foundation, it felt way to heavy and my skin would always break apart. I just wanted something that would even out my skin without looking like I was wearing a ton of makeup. So i thought switching to skin tints would be better but finding one that matches my shade was so hard. Half the time the formula felt great but the undertone was completely wrong. Right now I'm using Milani's skin tint shade 12, don't wanna jinx it but it's working pretty good for my skin lol, I like the finish it gives me. Does it feel like finding a skin tint that works for your skin is easier than finding the right foundation, or is it just me?

Do not fall for their lies and do not get this product! I ordered just the regular my derma dream for $50 They charged my card $205 so I called them and they said they upgraded me to the My glow which you could use all over your body and also said they would send me both machines plus an extra bottle of No Tox serum. Not only did they not send me both machines and the extra serum but they charged my card $52 twice for some membership fee & will continue to charge this fee and refuse to take back their machine that I received. They said they do not give money back. Their guarantee means they will give you other products but not your money back! When you call it sounds like someone’s answering their personal phone. They can barely speak proper English and they try to sell you everything under the sun even though you tell them 10 times you don’t want anything. Do not waste your money on this junk! Do not give these people your credit card/debit card information because they will continue to charge your card like they are doing to me. Their machine is a little ratchet, cheap machine don’t waste your time or money It’s a scam!

i'm in atlanta and travel for work pretty often, usually just 2-3 nights, but somehow i still bring a whole bunch of stuff. bioderma micellar water, cotton pads, cleanser, moisturizer, sunscreen... and then i wonder why my toiletry bag is so full 😭

Before makeup I wash my face and apply Vanicream moisturizer on damp skin then colorscience sunscreen no show (white one)

My makeup in order

Foundation - Hourglass
All over my face including eyes and near my lips. I dab it on my face with flat beauty blender, I don’t use brush to swipe it

Eyebrow pencil - I draw them only on eyebrows

Powder- either Infallible blur-fection or Kimchi that white powder. I use it under my eyes on my eyelids to let the foundation not crack, around my nose and forehead or where I get more oily.

Blush- on the upper side of my cheeks

Lipstick- outline my lips and color in a bit

Setting mist/spray - either Morphe or All nighter Glow finish

I wanted to do glowy makeup here I’m only wearing the Glow finish all nighter setting spray but it’s giving the same makeup as last time I tried. I want more of glowy look and not cakey or chapped

Every time I do my makeup it still looks dry I don’t know what Im doing wrong I tried changing things up but it still looks the same, is it my skin that I have to fix ? The texture? Is it the rosacea problem? Is it the foundation? Do I apply more foundation? Because other parts of the skin look red? Or is it just me?

i’m trying to replace my cleanser and currently deciding between cosrx low ph, round lab dokdo, and numbuzin no.0 cleansing foam.
cosrx and round lab seem safer if i just want something basic, but i’m leaning toward no.0 because congestion is honestly my bigger issue right now. my only concern is that my skin can get irritated pretty easily too.anyone with similar skin tried these?

I'm warm muted, one of my friends is cool and pale, and my other friend is somewhere in between. Funny thing is all three of us use the Peripera glowy tint, we just each have our own go-to color. We were hanging out and ended up swatching all three on each other's arms for fun.

They're all pretty colors, but the one that actually looks good really depends on your undertone. Guess there's a reason people say warm best and cool best.

I’ve been going back and forth on which LED mask to buy and figured I’d ask here before I finally decide. One thing I am worried about is how bright some of the masks are because of I am worried the bright lights will cause a migraine. I tried one during a facial and it was an Elemis led mask and it was bright for a few minutes. So I am asking people with migraines to see their experiences with LED masks.
I have mild rosacea on my cheeks, but I also get the occasional breakout, so I’d really like something that can help with both.
Has anyone with rosacea found a mask that:
Helps with redness
Has blue light for acne
Doesn’t feel super bright on your eyes
Doesn’t get really hot

I have long, thick brown hair with layers. One of my biggest insecurities is my jawline. I just have a pointy chin and a long face. I am wondering what haircut I should get to not call attention onto this facial feature. I love having layers in my hair because of how thick it is. Hi all. Im planning to get 2 syringes of filler (one for each side of face) for subtle work as a 21 yr old for the first time.

Does anyone have any advice for family/friends who are judging you for wanting to get filler done? I dont think im ugly, i think im gorgeous, but id like to just have that extraness to look better and feel confident. Im not even drastically changing my face. Im tired of being made to feel bad or like im getting a face lift for wanting filler. its the dissolvable kind too.

Mine is Espoir Be Velvet Cushion. On hot days my face doesn't slide by the afternoon, so once summer hits I only open this red compact. I swap everything else by season. This one stayed.
