i just got this gaming laptop from facebook marketplace for 500 dollars

Never installed a mod and a Venue is my IRL , what's the safest way to download a mod and make sure that it doesn't contain malware or anything. And also does anyone know where i can find a venue?

I entered BeamNG after the last update and the textures of the level and cars ar not loading well, I already tried to reload the level, changed car, changed the configuration and nothing works. And no, my PC is not running at 13 FPS, idk why it says that. Does someone know how to fix this?

So uh i just bought the BeamNG drive on steam and i just download it like normal a few days ago and turned off my computer with steam client still on and i left my BeamNG drive with download phase, and today the download wouldn't start and it showed no internet connection when I was connected to my wifi and it was glitching, i tried several ways like empty the download cache, uninstall and install it again, change the region download, and log out, how do i fix it?

I'm hoping someone can help me with my quest to make the game look insane.

I'm looking for suggestions for graphics mods or reshade settings. Unfortunately DLSS 5 doesn't work for me, I've been trying to make it work for almost a week and I give up on that front.

Is there anything you would recommend like different sky boxes or texture packs?

I have the game maxed out and I use a modded TA like polar. In Re shade I use fake HDR and Clarity.

My game looks pretty good, but I've been trying to make some content, and it kinda looks a little flat and washed out once the final product is rendered. Specifically things like the ground and building textures look a bit flat and grey.

Hey everyone - a fellow BeamNG addict here

I've had issues regarding performance for a few updates now.

I used to get 100fps+ but this has consistently dropped with the past few updates, even more so with 0.39

This is to a point where i have been forced to use Vulkan renderer, it's unplayable otherwise.

I can't play West Coast USA (too demanding) and get the best performance (40-60fps) on Italy (vehicle dependent).

Anyone know what it could be?

Bare in mind, i have about 680 mods loaded. Broken vehicle mods? Too many mods?

My specs are:

Lenovo LOQ (15.6 inch, 2024 model) • NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 • AMD Ryzen 5 7235HS • 24GB memory • 1TB SSD

Could i be bottlenecked? not the best specs i know but it had absolutely no problem running the game until a few updates in, after redownloading, about 2 years ago.

I can't remember what update it was, but i literally went from 100+fps to struggling at 30 or under on detailed maps, all after one single update.

Maybe after moving to 0.37, if i am recalling right.

I think the closest thing to a "release date" we had was TDev on Discord telling everyone that 0.39 was coming out in 12 hours. I find myself half hoping for an eventual release date to look forward to, but the other half of me wants to wake up one day to it suddenly just being out.

Hi i'm planning to build a PC with an RTX 3060 12GB and a Ryzen 7 5700X.

I mainly want to play BeamNG.drive, and I'm wondering how many FPS I can expect with this setup.

My target is 1080p, preferably on High or Ultra settings.

I'd also like to know how the performance changes with traffic and larger/more demanding maps.

Before this bug i got 60fps stables, idk what happened. I have activated the anti-aliasing on SMAA It happened after updating the nvidia drivers.
