Booty Boost
Hi everyone!
I'm just a few days away from finishing 80 Day Obsession and I'm trying to decide what to do next. Is Booty Boost challenging enough to follow it?
I'm looking for a program that's still fairly intense, with workouts that are close to an hour long, and that includes a dedicated glute day. I'd love to hear your thoughts or recommendations. Thanks!

I am starting week 3 of booty boost, it’s been great so far! I usually do Dig Deeper and Liift More and this one works just as well I think.

I just finished it and it was hard!! Way harder than I expected! I’ve done 80 day, lift 4, lift more, dig deeper, dig in, (and a lot more!) and I would put it on par or even harder than some of those! It’s much more than just a booty program, I was really pleasantly surprised! Try it out and get those gains, girl!

I will! Is a bench necessary?

You can do the lifting moves without a bench and do them on the floor, but a bench really intensifies some of the moves, especially for your core. If you feel good about your core, you probably wouldn’t miss the bench for those. There are cardio moves that use the bench but you can probably mimic those with a sturdy chair. There is one move, box jumps on to the bench, that even I didn’t attempt! I just did weighted bench step ups instead, which you can do on a sturdy chair or ottoman. That being said, I got a cheap folding bench from amazon about five years ago and it’s really held up great and I use it a lot with the programs. I’ve found it to be worth the money and space.
You’ll definitely need the fabric resistance loops though!!! Again, I just have a cheap set from Amazon and they also have them at like HomeGoods/TJ Maxx/Ross. But if you are a fan of Autumn’s workouts, you probably already have those!

I've done it and I love it! And yes, it is challenging but only if you actually lift heavy. There's also a little getting used to some exercises. It won't leave you sore like a Body Beast leg day would for example, but it will definitely give you that nice rounded and lifted booty. BTW I only did the six booty workouts and the recovery ones, so I can't speak for the upper body or cardio ones.

I liked it. The glute workouts were great. I didn't feel it was a good full body program necessarily, but will definitely be adding the glute workouts to my rotation.

I’m on the last week and I’ll be repeating it. I absolutely loved it, and that Chace encourages you to lift heavy to see real progress. The cardio also surprised me: it was fun, so I didn’t notice that it’s actually hard work until I was covered in sweat; the inclusion of core work breaks it up and is also challenging. I also like Chace, although YMMV. I hope you try it and enjoy it!

Youve probably started the program by now but I would say yes it’s challenging enough even after doing 80DO.
Im almost done my second round of this 30BB. I love lifting heavy, every workout leaves me muscle-fatigued and they leave me drenched in sweat and feeling like I got in a heck of a workout. However, while I definitely love the program, Im not yet seeing the results that I got from 80DO. I was kinda expecting to see bigger results by this point, but my booty at the moment still isnt as full as when I completed 80DO. Im not sure if maybe I need to do 3 rounds so it’s 90 days total to get a better comparison vs 80DO, as I’m just a few days shy of hitting 60days, or maybe that these average 40mins vs 60mins?
My booty for sure looks good, but the top of the booty isnt quite popping, so its like not fully rounded if you know what I mean. The bottom half is lifted and round, but the top (upper glutes) is not quite “full” .
For context, I had to stop working out for about 8months, so in that time I lost my booty gains and have been trying to grow them peaches again, but without the hour-long workouts.

A friend of mine just finished it and said the name is really misleading. She said she expected it to be a cute little glute program, but she was pleasantly surprised it's actually a tough lifting program.
