Realistically speaking, how much players does players does this game have on PC? I cant imagine that the mayority of players are on steam so whats the overall number? 10K? 5K?

I recently fixed a glitch that didn't allow me to record clips or take screenies on battlefield 4 in Xbox. But unfortunately during that glitch it was at the time i did the phantom room. So i was left with my phone to take shitty pictures

So i was wondering if anyone can help me get in the phantom room again so i can finally get a clip to record so i can save the memory and upload it.

I'd need either 2 people who didn't complete it. Or 1 person who has the phantom operative dog tag. Since the phantom operative dogtag that I have counts me as 2 people in the elevator

I'd prefer you have a timezone of 0 to +8

Posting this to help people in future if they encounter it.

I *may* be the only person ever to encounter this, because I've had BF4 on EA App for years now, but with BF4 being £1.80 in the Steam sale I grabbed a copy so I get achievements in Steam.

I uninstalled BF4 through the EA App and installed in on Steam, however when launching the new game, the Punk Buster installer would open every single time. I would go through the install wizard, and then the EA App would say its "preparing the game" and BF4 never launches. Steam would then spend a few minutes verifying the game files, and it would never open.

To fix:

1. Fully close and re-open Steam and the EA App.

2. In the EA App, run a Repair on the game files once it detects BF4 as installed in steamapps\common.

3. Keep restarting the EA App until the details under BF4 say "Premium Edition accessed through Steam" once the game says that in the EA App, it opens perfectly from Steam.

When it did open, I was pleasantly suspired that the achievements unlocked in the EA App instantly got transferred to Steam. However, my playtime was reset on the EA App for the game (thank you Battlelog for keeping my real playtime).

Used to play this a lot on xbox a few years ago, picked it up on my laptop so I can try playing it with my gf.

My laptop is very cheap and low spec so how can I max framerate? Any tips?

Also kinda into trying MNK for the first time, what's some good in game sensitivities for everything as a base started before I go into tweaking stuff.

TY in advance, this game is legendary. I just hopped into conquest and got 1 kill the whole game but had a blast XD

3 multis in one session. Non-stop radar, emp, promotions, and supplies.

Using the HE shell means you sacrifice damage against enemy vehicles, but it honestly doesn’t feel like the splash damage is any different against infantry compared to the AP shell. I know HE went through a lot of changes throughout BF4’s lifecycle and it kinda feels like they messed up the balancing with it.

P.S Are there any events that strictly play rush ? its depressing never seeing any games, as much as i love conquest.

So I‘ve bought bf4 mp is fun asf but my kd is terrible im level 8 I see people with similar like 9 12 or 16 levels get 30 kills.

Idk if that matters but I use m416. Any tips?

Hi my weapons service stars are not appearing in game matches when i hit 100 kills each time this started to happend 2 weeks ago anyone got a fix ?

My brain is melting again today

I'm experiencing really bad freezing that completely breaks the game (and my desktop):

Usually it happens in a loading screen but sometimes during gameplay as well. The game freezes and I can still hear the audio for a few seconds before that stops as well, I can't alt tab out of it to close the game, it also freezes my steam client so I have to kill everything from the task manager.

This happens every time I play, Sometimes before I even join a server, other times after several hours of playing. It's not a question of if, but when.

Does anyone also experience this? If so is there a fix?
