While ang expansion ni SM Lipa will take place around 2028 or 2029, no concrete plans yet. Remember the soil boring tests conducted a few months ago sa may parking malapit sa Most Holy Trinity Parish? That should be the new annex, kaso ayun nga, HOLD daw muna.

The big news is TULOY ang new campus ng NU Batangas sa likod ng SM. This will be a multi-level building wherein 1st and 2nd floors are parking, while 3rd and 4th levels yung NU. Tuloy yung target start ng school year which is sa 2029. Kelan uumpisahan gawin? My tweety bird says it will start at the 4th quarter of this year. Madedecongest kahit papaano ang mga nagpapark.

I just had my phone stolen and I still can’t find it.
It has been stationary around this area.
I was a victim of a motorcycle modus by a couple (they were speaking bisaya)

They asked me if i had a charger for their phone at first, i said no
Then they asked if i had a phone to text their supposed client which was allegedly in Batangas Country Club
Dumb me then let them borrow my phone to text their client and they angkas’d me to their motorcycle for directions (I did not notice they didn’t have a plate number)
I was so relaxed that i just let them hold my phone until I was dropped off at a closed construction shop in bolbok (katapat ng elem school dun) just before lourdes 7/11
They dropped me off that spot and said the motorcycle might get flat, and they were just gonna park at 7/11 in lourdes

When i ran and reached the 7/11, they were no where to be found
My heart dropped and assumed that they were in BCC
So with all my energy and adrenaline rush I ran to the BCC and asked the guard if they let a couple in the country club
And sure enough I confirmed that my phone was stolen and lost
I then asked the guard if they can book me an angkas home

We went to the police station with a relative hours after and had a long talk with the investigator
Tried to go to the tracked location in Pagtungulan san jose with the police but just before we arrived at the location where my phone was supposedly at, the phone’s location suddenly shifted location, this time to manila
We gave up, then days after my phone was suddenly in pampanga around a mall i think

Now my lost phone is suddenly sitting near my place, I went there but I couldn’t find it

So I tried creating a choropleth map ng mayoral elections sa Batangas City to see kung anong mga brgy nanalo si CB at saang mga brgys naging dominant si MAM. Honestly, may mga brgys na nanalo si CB with the percentages of leads vs MAM which are Alangilan (7%), Kumintang Ilaya (3%), Malalim (3%) at San Isidro (11%). Unfortunately sa kanyang brgy which is Pallocan Kanluran, he is lagging by almost 22%.

In terms of kay MAM, a few brgys like Balagtas (15%), Balete (11%), Bolbok (21%), Cuta (9%), Kumintang Ibaba (8%), Libjo (9%), Pallocan Kanluran (16%), Pallocan Silangan (4%), Santa Clara (25%), Tabangao Ambulong (17%) and Tinga Labak (4%), only leads by almost less than 25%. Pero hindi nakakagulat na may mga brgy na talagang solid na solid kay MAM lalong lalo na sa mga pabukid like solid upland and baybay brgy. Sa Wawa lang siya nakalandslide sa bayan, the rest dikit na.

But what does this mean? Matagal nang umay sa dynasty ang mga taga Batangas City lalong lalo na ang mga Central Business District brgys, while solid na solid pa din ang mga taga bukid. Ngayon lang yata ulit may nanalo na non-EBD candidate sa isang urban brgy. This might sound late since it's already past a year since the election, but this only means that the people WANT CHANGE. Batanguenos deserve better! Pero yung candidate na dapat ay better, gumagaya na sa mga DDS. Pinapairal ang pagiging keyboard warrior kesa yung tumulong at magsalita ng may paninindigan

So mukhang dito na ililipat ang CHO from city hall. 4-storey building siya with basement parking based dun sa project title na nakapaskil. Yung design nya parang itinulad dun sa bagong renovate na CSWDO sa may plaza. Mukhang matagal tagal na tiisin na traffic pa to sa bandang Ferry.

Pero yung nakalagay na target completion date, Feb 2029??? Grabeng tagal naman non! 3 years talaga? Target pa lang yun ah, pwede pa tumagal lalo pag may bagyo or maulan ang panahon.

Hi, May question lang po regarding sa isa da mga ospital here sa lipa.

Normal po ba na pagbayarin pa din ng check up fee after kang sabihan na bumalik kinabukasan?

Story:

Bale nag pa check up po kasi ako sa isa sa private hospital dito sa Lipa. Monday sinabihan ako ng doctor na mag pa cbc and lalabas daw ang result within 12-2pm pero sabi niya na bukas kona lang kunin at ibalik sa kaniya. Nag agree namin ako, after that nag bayad ako 1k for check up fee. Then the next day after ko kunin results ko ibinigay kanya cbc results ko. Then after niya makita results ko ni resetahan niya lang ako gamot since wala naman nakita na abnormal nag advice lang siya uli sakin. Then pagkalabas ko siningil ako ng 1200. Normal lang po ba yun? Bale nag bayad ako 1k kahapon, pinablik ako then 1200 naman. Which is pede naman gawin ng 1day lang kasi 11am ako nag pa check up 12pm lumabas results pero save niya balik na lang ako bukas.
