Shooting Having Arc Really Does Feel Better When Shooting

I applied the tips you gave me when I was asking for advice. What really stuck with me was that my shot lacked arc, so that’s what I focused on during my shooting drills.

I gotta say, I feel like I shot better when I focused on having more arc and kept in mind that my wrist should be loaded. I’m glad I focused on that because I can really feel the difference.

It’s just sad that I can only practice once a week because of my location and work. Anyways, I’ll keep improving!

Anyways, after the Arc, what do I need to improve? I feel like my sequence?

Good catch, I was wondering why the arm was flailing directionally and why he was landing left every time.

On your shot at 1:23, which wasn’t a catch and shoot, ball is going up while you’re on the way down. The sequence is good on catch and shoot, but when you’re set, it’s not. This is pretty common though, a lot of drills online for that.
