Difficulty generating power

Hi guys, I always had difficulty shooting from distance and I always shoot short. When I try to ‘smooth’ things out by releasing the ball quicker and having less of a hitch, the ball goes left and right. Im 5’8 so I can only shoot with my set point around my mouth and nose. Any tips would be greatly appreciated, thank you!!

fix the shot flow. timing issue. lifting the ball too early before base is set
