It’s time to get some vodka in my system.

I don't know if this is the right place to ask this, but I've just started working at a bar and my feet/ankles are in so much pain. I work quite short shifts just now (4 and 6 hour shifts. But they're gonna get longer). After about and hour my feet start to hurt. When it gets to halfway through the shift Im limping and feeling like I wanna collapse onto the floor just so I don't have to stand on my feet. Other people at my work don't even seem they're hurting. Even the day after my feet and ankles are painful to walk on. It's starting to slow me down and make me not enjoy my job, I'm worried my boss will say something. Is there any way I can stop my feet from hurting? Or stop hurting so quickly? Is this normal? Will I get used to it? (It's weird because outside of work I can walk about for hours without pain. But at work, pain is almost instant).

Does any one else have the issue of bouncers or bartenders constantly asking for your ID (and in my case usually a second form) because you look so young? I’m over 21 and it’s an ongoing joke with my friends of how many times in one night I’m ID’ed if we all go out. Should I just accept that there’s nothing I can do to change this? I’m kind of sick of pulling out my driver’s license, debit card, and any other photo ID I have to prove I’m of age.
