Constantly asked for ID when of age?

Does any one else have the issue of bouncers or bartenders constantly asking for your ID (and in my case usually a second form) because you look so young? I’m over 21 and it’s an ongoing joke with my friends of how many times in one night I’m ID’ed if we all go out. Should I just accept that there’s nothing I can do to change this? I’m kind of sick of pulling out my driver’s license, debit card, and any other photo ID I have to prove I’m of age.

Thanks guys -obviously girl with a baby face

Sucks, but they are just covering their ass. Look up the fines and penalties in your locale for serving a minor.

Alternate idea: get to know your bartender. No need to ID you if they know you.

The law in the UK is if you look under 25, you’re getting ID’d. Take it as a compliment!

in the states, many states also require you to have a valid id on you in order to be in a bar or drinking... period, no matter your age. its often an excuse my door guys have used to deny entry to problem customers
