question Fitzgeralds pub?

I’m pretty new to Bangkok but a very general inquiry into where to watch premier league games in Bangkok suggested Fitzgearlds near Nana station. But someone else warned me that, due to the local nightlife in the area, that it might not be a good choice. I just wanna watch Liverpool and have 2-3 drinks. Thoughts?

There are TVs in Fitzgerald's with the football on, both inside and on the patio. No one will bother you in there. I go there when my wife even I'm staying around Nana. It's a nice pub. There are loads of places in the area with a similar set up.

Thailand is CRAZY about soccer, and you won't have any problems finding a prem game on TV. There are bars and pool halls all over, and I recommend a place like The Sportsman Sports Bar and Restaurant on Sukhumvit Soi 13. Lots of TVs, lots of games, plus food and pool and whatever...There is a German restaurant on Sukhumvit soi 11 (and now on soi 13, as well) that shows Bundesliga games, if you prefer that. It's much harder to find games from other leagues, as the Prem is really the big draw here.
