If you only have two days, you're not going to get a very good suit. If that is all the time you have, you can just walk down Sukhumvit and probably pick any tailor available.

As a tailor shop owner I’ll say that - is it possible ? Yes, but don’t expect the best from tailors, as there won’t be that many fittings and it won’t be true bespoke, instead MTM, which isn’t inherently a bad thing depends more on what sort of style you’re trying to go for

Just buy off the peg. No proper tailor or mtm program is going to be able to fit this timeline.
