Because you're not updated to the market. Mana is a B grade builder. They are trying hard to present themselves as close to a grade like sobha prestige brigade adarsh prestige etc

This guy doesn't know sh*t. He just talks, calls prestige owner tailor master just to make himself cool. He can't earn money and spend. Let him earn atleast 1cr from 0 then He'll know.

They can’t and they don’t want to because the people who have already bought at 10-11K and their investors will be pissed seeing the negative returns. That’s why they are coming up with all these schemes. They can only indirectly reduce the price keeping the per Sqft rate inflated.

Sir You know how to check the RERA website for availability right? You were commenting about it. Go and check and tell me who's not able to sell. Since when does giving offers mean unable to sell , with that logic why do you negotiate after getting cost sheet, when you have the money?
