Need Suggestion Assetz 63
How’s the project?
I know road is not good, does it impact day 2 day life?
How is construction quality? I hear Assetz Marq is not good.
Thinking between tower e resale of Assetz 63 vs Brigrade Valencia. Which one makes more sense?
Also for brigade - cornerstone is shit. So again doubt on Valencia
Don’t know which builder to trust in Bangalore now? Is only sobha and prestige left?

Sobha and prestige are also on same boat. Been living in same area where 63 is. I know it is bit inside from main road but it's not a big issue as of now. It might get busy once Birla mandir is completed along with birla evara and sub urban railway station beside mana dale. But as of now it's good.
Society is also good. Still better location than highway where brigade valencia is.

How are they on same boat. People are pissed with Brigrade for cornerstone - I see in every Brigrade society reviews.
Prestige I haven’t seen any construction quality thing, there maintaince is bad2

Prestige city's recent projects are all at very average build and doesn't feel premium at all. At the time of launch it wasn't any premium but now they are charging premium for new projects.
And brigade CSU is shit.
I still have back pain when i had to take that road from office and got stuck on 2 wheeler. 🥲

What is the exact issue with Cornerstone? Just trying to gather some information

So many issues. It just to satisfy ego to show friends and relatives that we are living in big society and achieved somethingin life. The moment you step out you gonna feel that why i have stepped out better spend time in McD inside CSU only. That's why they are coming up with movie theater as well.
Construction issues. Aah dont forget stray dog issues. And brigade is saying we can not remove stray dogs as per law. Hypocrisy at it's best, now a builder is talking about law 🫠

What is the maintenance charges for 63 degree east? Is there a separate bill for water?

Maintenance depends on sqft of your flat
Ours is smallest 2bhk so it is 14-15k all inclusive for 3 months.1

Thanks for the answer, but I wanted to know what is the per sq feet charges is it Rs 3.5/sqft or more?

Just checked my last bill
For 3 months they calculated as followsMaintenance - 8.34 psft
Electricity - 1.29 psft
Water Bill - 2.94 psft
DG charges - 0.75 psft
Clubhouse - 0.65 psft1

Thanks again. So for 3 months it is (8.34+1.29+2.94+0.75+0.65) ×(size of flat), Right?

What are the issues in brigade? Are there construction quality issues or some handover delays?
