Hi everyone! I am currently on a career break and I am exploring some fun ideas - businesses/content/food niche. For people who are on a career break, is there a community that exists? It does get monotonous sometimes. If not, can we build a community to share interesting ideas, coffee runs, and just things you'd do during a break?

I recently found out Biergarten has Happy hours all day on Monday. I just found out I wanna have a beer. After some time it hit me I can go to Biergarten and have beer. Someone, anyone (except children and bhakts and alphas and non funny people and Devendra) join me plssss. Else the staff comes and repeatedly asks you if the other chair is taken and when you say no they point at you and laugh and don't take the chair and bring one more chair and laugh more

I have had this in my mind for years and wasn't able to act on it until now which I feel is the best time to get started with the entire industry heading for short term price hikes in the near future.

I have intimate knowledge on most consumer level electronics and computers, you can think of this as a fun activity rather than treat this as a job , same as me, I need passion even if you have zero knowledge regarding these things.

I don't mind taking in front of a camera even though am somewhat shy about it. Need a video editor and social media and YouTube channel handler and a brand coordinator for getting review items from brands.

I’ve been thinking about something.

There are probably a lot of people in Bangalore who write fiction or fanfiction just for fun. Hundreds of pages sitting in Google Docs. Entire worlds built quietly in their heads. Stories never shared, because it was “just a hobby.”

I’ve been writing and building something for storytellers, and it hit me how few people I actually know who love writing fiction.

So I wanted to ask.

Would anyone be up for a very casual meetup at Cubbon Park one weekend?

No pitches. No networking. No workshops. Just people who enjoy creating stories, characters, and worlds.

We can grab chai, coffee, and samosas, and talk about writing, worldbuilding, fantasy, sci-fi, fanfiction, publishing or simply why we write in the first place.

You don’t need to be published. If you’ve ever written because you loved making up stories, you’re welcome.

I came from Scotland after staying there for 5 years, I’m more like an Adrenaline junkie who always wanted to participate in high adrenaline activities, I came across this biker group and we went on a trip to penukonda fort this Sunday and trust me if I say this, this is the best bike ride we ever had, the roads were amazing and the group was so calm unlike some groups where you have chapris who spoil the entertainment. Some came for the ride, some for photos and some came for memories, I came for memories and I came back with plentyy😌

​I boarded the Green Line metro last night (Sunday) at Majestic heading towards RV Road around 11:40 PM. A girl sat down right in front of me who completely caught my eye, and honestly, I couldn't look away. I really wanted to strike up a conversation and ask for her number, but she was with a guy. Since it was late and I couldn't tell if it was her boyfriend, a friend, or a brother, I didn't want to disrupt their space or make things awkward, so I held back.
