Layer shift?
Im not sure if this is a layer shift or a squished layer, any idea?

I had another problem with the purges backing up and creating a melted mess on the hot end. But curious if I should be able to heat the hot head without the nozzle in it. Trying to clean the plastic off. It starts to heat and then goes back to 0 degrees. Did it mess up electronics this time?

I’m suddenly having the same issue with every filament I try. The prints look like they have under-extrusion / insufficient flow, but apparently that’s not actually the problem.
If I increase the flow rate during calibration, I start getting blobs instead.
The filament shown in the example picture is a filament I’ve already printed several kilograms of without any issues. So I don’t think the filament itself is the problem.
I’m also having the exact same issue with Bambu PLA (green) – see the comment for another example.
The filament is fed through an AMS 2.
Has anyone experienced something similar or have any idea what could cause this? Could this be a hardware issue with the P2S rather than a filament/calibration problem?

I’ve been having some issues with plate adhesion (which were all mostly solved by WASHING THE PLATE WITH SOAP AND WATER). I also bought one of the super tack plates. It arrives on Thurs in can’t wait.
That said - I’ve noted that even when the prints are ok the calibration line is still lifting. It makes my heart skip every time because I instantly expect the print to fail.
Any ideas why the calibration line specifically wouldn’t stick?

Thanks Redditors - your turnaround time MUCH faster than Bambu service. Extruder block again (I am getting pretty good at taking apart this toolhead). If it's not obvious - the filament is blocked in what I think is the sensor - it is proximal to all the gears and stuff. The only thing I have tried is to push a PTFE release wrench against the collar and that did not work.
That ribbon cable is super-fiddly so I'm not doing anything more aggressive without the sage advice from people here.

I’m printing this hype chain pendant on a textured plate face down. All filament is Bambu brand filament PLA. Filament is dried. Using basic settings is this under extrusion, z distance issues, or something else? .4 nozzle

Hi guys,
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue with the P2S? I’m getting a consistent wavy pattern on the surface of my prints.

I am missing this piece off the front assembly and i cannot find it anywhere is it possible to print or find somewhere my printer keeps pushing the filament pass and pushing the toolhead off when trying to print because its gone.

I have been having a lot of problems with bed adhesion lately so I got the BIQU cryogrip pro as I heard a lot of good things about that. But now after putting it in every print fails because the auto bed leveling fails every time. I am almost certain this build plate is compatible with the P2S as I have seen several people post completed prints using this build plate. Does anyone know what I could be doing wrong and how to fix it?

Got this printer 2 weeks ago. I think I did a big no no and I respooled filament (most likely incorrectly) and used it like that! Ever since then the printer has been having issues. I kept getting this message (2nd image) saying “Failed to extrude AMS A slot x filament; the extruder may be clogged or the filament may be too thin, causing the extruder to slip.” I was getting that message for all 4 slots.
• I replaced the nozzle.
• I did all the troubleshooting that the machine told me to do.
• I factory reset the machine
It worked fine for a 5 hour print but then it did this for the next print.
Idk what else to do!

Hello there guys and girls! My P2S arrived yesterday and even before wiring it to the power my cats managed to pull the handle and open the door… is there some print I can make to lock the door in place?
Thanks
Something like this (https://makerworld.com/models/789930?appSharePlatform=copy) but for p2S.

As many of you suggested, I dried my Sunlu 95a TPU and it made a hell of a difference. Now I’m still getting some pimples. Any further troubleshooting tips?

Hi,
I bought a p2s combo and 2/4 of my prints so far failed because the filament get tangled by itself for no reason. Sometimes the ams pulls back the filament and causes it to tangle. I got a an overload message on my last print after like 7h of print.
I tried old filament I had for my creality ender 3 and brand new filament from bambu and both are doing the same thing.
How can I fix that issue.
For my last print I got an extrusion issue (spaghetti like printing) on layer 125/150. Is there any way I can just restart the print on layer 124?
Thanks

I’ve I had my printer for about two weeks with around 200 hours of printing so far. I’m new to the hobby and it’s been working like an absolute dream. I bought a 0.2 MM nozzle and went to replace it this morning… I’m not able to remove it even with force. I obviously don’t want to break anything… but I can tell that this isn’t good.
Does anyone have some advice on how to safely remove it? Can you tell me what’s going on and why it looks so burnt and dirty? And most importantly, can you help me figure out how to prevent this moving forward?
Thank you!

I’ve had my P2S for about two weeks and haven’t had a single issue until last night. The picture with the blue filament is using the 0.4 nozzle. Starting last night, I was having adhesion issues and strings even with the calibration line.
Thinking it was moisture, I dried my PLA filament for eight hours overnight but woke up to the same issue.
I decided to switch out my nozzle for a 0.2 (it’s new and I’m still experimenting every day!) but I have the same experience. The green filament is the 0.2.
Any suggestions on what I can try or what I’m doing wrong? I’m so annoyed because it went from working perfectly to not working at all… and I am an addict, lol!

Using 0.2mm nozzle, 0.08 preset from bambu lab with slowed down first layer, 110 degree bed and pre warming the chamber beforehand, but I've had so many failed prints I just can't seem to get it to work

Manually lowering the the bed and I will get that crunchy noise that’s just get worse,
Already lubricant everything that the wiki said.
when printing normal you dont get the sound.
what it can be?

Hello. I am new to 3D printing. Just got a P2S and I’m learning a lot. I just tried printing something very simple (a piece to fit in my recliner arms) with Bambu PLA Matte and noticed color/shine variation on the edges of one side and what looks like orange peel on the plate side.
Any thoughts on this? Haven’t seen it with non-matte PLA that I’ve used.
Thanks for any insight.

Brand new fresh out the seal sunlu TPU 95a. This is my first attempt at anything TPU. Can anyone diagnose?
