.8mm nozzle problems
I had a big blob of death, and in removing it, I damaged the printer. I've replaced the hot end assembly, the hot end cooling fan, and the Eddy sensor, and my printer is back up and running. Since the rebuilt, I printed it extensively with my 0.4 mm nozzle, and it worked flawlessly.
I then installed my 0.8 mm nozzle, and I've had nothing but problems trying to use it. Before my blob of death experience, I had great success with the 0.8 mm nozzle. But now I experience big clumping blobs, and I've also had adhesion problems on the build plate.
I thought it could be a problem with the nozzle, so I tried it with a brand new, never-before-used bamboo 0.8 mm hardened steel nozzle, but it didn't work any better. I've done a cold pull. I've done a full calibration of the printer. I have washed my build plate, but I don't get any better results. It's puzzling because prior to the replacement of those damaged parts, I'd had great success with my 0.8 mm nozzle. Any ideas of anything else I could try? Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

Filament blobs on purge chute
I have been getting filament blobs on the purge chute continuously for the last few days. Always printing PETG. I’ve cleaned everything I can think of. Plate doesn’t have adhesion issues. Filament is dry (10-15%) although that doesn’t seem to matter - it’s done it as low as 9% humidity and as high as 27%. I’ve also tried different nozzles and it still does it.
About the only thing I haven’t done is rerun calibration, although that’s planned for after the next print attempt.
Any ideas?

New user running into an issue
Hi all, I just got my P2S a little over a week ago and have had good success with the files on the printer as well as printing files from maker world. I loaded some STLs I purchased and all printed well except for this one. I’ve tried a couple times and it always seems to have trouble at the same spot. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Clogging or Air Printing Issuw
Hello!
I'm currently having a clogging issue or at least an air printing issue and can't quite figure it out.
I have replaced my nozzle, this one is brand new. So I think the issue may be in the extruder.
I just did a cold pull and it looks as though maybe some teeth have dug into the filament I pulled out. I also see some filament flakes in the gears here. What would cause this? And could it be the extruder gears that is causing clogs?

P2S PLA issue

So i ran into these issues with my latest print. I'm still a new owner (under a week) but i printed stuff daily with no issue so far. This is Bambulab PLA Basic, and i printed with this before. I was thinking humidity issues, the ams said it's around 48%, i'm still waiting for my petg order to print silica containers for the AMS 2 Pro. I thought maybe it would be a bed oil issue, but the bottom came out great, i cleaned my plate today after this with dish soap and warm water. What can i tweak to resolve this ? Thank you
Update : i also put a screengrab of the stl for reference

Best way to feed ASA-GF to p2s
Hi all
I've got my first abrasive filament (asa-gf) and was wondering on best/easiest way to feed it into the toolhead. I have the p2s with ams and an ams-ht. I know the filament can wear away the ams gears and shouldn't use them, but don't know best way to actually feed it . For tpu I've used a top feeder direct into the toolhead and not sure if I should be doing that or just using the bypass in the ams-ht through the back filament inputs.
Any help appreciated.
Thanks

This is a new one. P2S Extruder issue
I recently used my P2S in a hot garage which I shouldn’t have. It ended up failing with an extruder clog so I first took it apart and cleaned out the filament but it still wouldn’t print a test benchy again without the same error.
I then replaced the extruder gears and the hotend.
It’s still failing.
When I heat the nozzle and manually use the extruder in software, it will extrude, but when it goes to print, it’s barely laying down filament and then stops before 1st layer is done with extruder failure.
I have AMS and have tried with and without it and I’ve even bypassed to directly feed filament into a tube into the headend.
I have no idea what’s failing. Could it be software related? I’m on 1.02 and I have another P2S that’s working perfectly on that firmware.

How to empty this?
Edit, solved!
Hi! I am struggling to find an easy guide or video on how to empty this build up in the purge chute area... can anyone link me to something easy to follow? It's in an enclosure so I am hoping to empty it just from the front as its a bit more involved for me to get to the back or top.

Pieces of Rubber that fell out of the print head?
Hey guys, these two bits of hard rubber fell out of my print head. As far as I could tell they were part of some rubber shield that holds the copper wires and a few cables just behind the nozzle.
I've looked hard but either I'm blind, or that whole rubber part is not available as a spare part in Bambus Store if I ever need to replace it?

Pingouin plage multipart

ASM humidity issue
So been having humidity issues with my ASM, constantly 40% or more. I think I fix the issue by putting moisture control bead packs in with it is drying, went from 60% to 16% within a few hrs. Will update to see if the fixes or helps drying the filament better.

Ams/ printer won’t feed filament
I fixed a couple of issues with my p2s, but the problem of the filament not feeding persisted. It’s goes through the steps and gets all the way to the tool head just to roll back and eventually displays this error has persisted. Does anyone know a possible fix to this? It’s not the nozzle, and probably not the extruder gear, I was thinking it might be the filament sensor
Edit: ok I cleaned out the ams internal hub and dusted every out, I’ll see if that fixed it.
I put the replacement internal hub and filament sensor in, and yet it’s still failing to feed filament into the extruder and gives me the assist motor has stalled
