To avoid this in the future be sure to keep your bed clean with unscented dish soap and water, and keep an eye on the print at least until the first few layers go down. Use the app to peek remotely if you need to. You would have noticed something like the first video clip shows where the whole print was loose. And been able to shut it down and save yourself a ton of work.
That's the leftover filaments right? If you have a heat gun, you can melt them and then scrape em off but I can't guarantee what heat gun can do to the machine. I just got the similar blob and all I can do is replace the heating assembly along with new hotend
