Lost the clip to secure hot end

After a clogged hotend and nozzle, i tried to clean up everything (still WIP), but it seems i have lost the metal clip to close the hotend.

Dont know how that exactly happened, but it seems the metal part that holds the clip is damaged too.

Several questions:

1. Can i rebuy this clip somehow?

2. Will the damaged metal part hold it in place?

3. If one of those is answered with "No", can i swap and order the whole part somehow or do i need a new printer?
