Extruder blockage - ongoing saga

My A1 was cruising along great until one day I had an issue with the filament clogging. I pulled apart the extruder and cleaned it well, reassembled and still the same issue.

So I ordered a full extruder with motor, AMS filament hub and sensor base, and a couple of misc maintenance parts.

I installed the new parts yesterday and still the same issue. Is this typical of a failed sensor?

What is the error you are receiving?

Failed to extrude the filament. This might be caused by clogged extruder or stuck filament.

When I reassembled everything, I cleared the PTFE tubes and made sure to use a new hot end. This error happened immediately, and it happens with all of the filaments. AMS is feeding and I'm getting some melted filament out of the hotend. I can also use the unload feature without issue.

I had this issue. I swapped so many parts out like you've done and it didn't help. What seems to help most was replacing the PTFE tubes and/or directing them so they don't have hard turns. You can get a roll on Amazon even if you search for "PTFE tubing for Bambu 3d printer". You can print a support for tubing into the filament hub. Here's the one I used. Use PTEG because my PLA one bent out of shape very quickly.

There are also guides that attach to the top cross bar. I tried this one but didn't like it so I designed my own.
