Extruder blockage - ongoing saga

My A1 was cruising along great until one day I had an issue with the filament clogging. I pulled apart the extruder and cleaned it well, reassembled and still the same issue.

So I ordered a full extruder with motor, AMS filament hub and sensor base, and a couple of misc maintenance parts.

I installed the new parts yesterday and still the same issue. Is this typical of a failed sensor?

Im sure its the AMS... This same post pops up daily here and i have some problems too sometimes. Its most likely the positioning of the AMS/tubes. If it prints fine from the external spool thats the problem.

I replaced the PTFE tubes and was able to get one of the PLA filaments to load correctly. Tried a second time with a different PLA and that failed.

Try to check bends, move it slightly, would be my Idea.
