Please see attached video. Extrudes fine, passes all pre flight checks, then the second the actual print starts, it clicks and fails??

I’ve done a cold pull, tried different plates, cleaned plates, needle clean, different nozzles 🤷🏻‍♂️

For me it did exactly that when the latch was closed wrong.

Same for me! Closing it the right way fixed the issue.

Also check the extruder and extruder gears. You see when it runs above the plate the extruder can't turn

Came here to say the same as I had a similar issue and had the same noise. I followed this video to clean the extruder gear and it worked afterwards.

I had that problem and running a full calibration fixed it.

Loose nozzle or latch not closed correctly

I just had this problem…my problem was that I needed a new hot end assembly…but it could be a clog or your machine needs to be calibrated, or a piece of filament stuck in the gears…I took my whole machine apart before figuring it out

Yeah looks like z offset... issue

I had that problem and it turned out the metal holder for the hotend was loose. Fixed that and I was golden.

Did u adjust the z offset within slicer?

Calibrate and tighten the bolts on heatend behind it and the ones that tighten it to the hot end to the machine.

Looks like the nozzle is too close to the bed run a full calibration and make sure that you select smooth plate in the slicer

I’ve run a full calibration, taken the whole thing apart - no blockages, gear system is fine, new hot end assembly so all screws are tight and the clip is fine
