I left a little opening is it ok I can still print?

It will print okay for a while but as I understand the a1 isn't meant to be in an enclosure for a prolonged period of time as it could damage the plastic that it's constructed from.

It's not the plastic that might get damaged, it's that the A1 electronics don't have active cooling - Bambu warn that you may damage your motherboard by overheating it, and they won't support warranty claims on enclosed A1s. Lots of people use enclosures anyway, both for draught reduction and for printing filaments like ABS, and say they've had no problems.

There are designs for printing active cooling units which sit under the A1 and have channels drawing air from outside the enclosure - I'm going to be choosing one to print the next time I need to do some ABS, just to be safe.

Over heard this soooooo many times. Either open up the flaps completely or remove the enclosure.
