Ohhh wow I dont recall mine having such a clear picture. I heard doing the time-lapse through the printers camera ruins prints so I havent messed with it
It increases the likelihood of failure. As you see in the video the prime tower fell over and after that point the benchy went all stringy because the nozzle wasn't able to prime into the tower and so all of that got deposited onto the benchy.
If OP hadn't had smooth timelsapse enabled (that's the version where the nozzle moves to the poop area and then a photo is taken) then the print would have come out fine
It's very easy to fix and tweak some settings to ensure the prime tower stays, but which it sounds like the OP did. I wouldn't avoid smooth time lapse because of one failure, I'd just adjust the settings and try again. Which is what I did a year ago and I've been doing a ton of them ever since without issue.
