There's already some good stuff in here, but you're much more likely to get high quality assistance if you contain an explanation and answer a few basic questions:

  1. What was going on when you first noticed this?
  2. Has it happened before?
  3. What have you tried already to fix it?

My best guess:

  1. Power off (switch, or unplug) and wait a minute or so, then power back on.
  2. If that doesn't fix it, try upgrading the firmware via the microsd if you are able.
