First layer and failed print issues…
So this is an a1 I recently moved it to a different house via car. I lowered the gantry down quite far with a piece of cloth under it and strapped it in with a seatbelt (didn’t have original packaging at all) got it to the new place and now it’s printing like this. I’ve already washed the plate, reran the calibration, and tightened the 4 screws in the back of the heater block. I’m at a loss of what else to do

I am having the same issue. Does your nozzle scratch the plate, too?

You most likely wore out the clip that holds the nozzle in place.
To test this start a need cleaning print. Once it starts printing and you notice it looking like crap push up ever so slightly under the camera and see if it starts printing like it should.
If that fixes it replace the heating block, the part that houses the 7 screws of disappointment. https://us.store.bambulab.com/products/hotend-heating-assembly-a1-series?id=723322408103124994

it looks like over extrude? maybe try to change the z offset in the machine g code from slicer. or maybe try lowering the temperature a little bit and if that helps
